PEP® tailored to needs

Whether the participants come from the same department or are multidisciplinary, what type of work they do, their experience and authority, and organizational factors are all taken into account during the training, but certain aspects will always remain the same: PEP® is experienced over time with a combination of theory and application. This is how humans learn and adopt change.

PEP® works because it has a very sharp focus on what makes someone efficient,  defined in three pillars: Habits, which are the actions one takes in executing their work, Systems, which are the tools used to do their work, and Planning, which are the decisions one takes to achieve their work. These pillars overlap and reinforce each other, so that when all are aligned one gives their best performance. How these are approached varies per individual. PEP® is not about a specific way of working, it’s about finding the best way to do things that suits that person’s style and needs. This makes PEP® a truly personal efficiency program which someone can call their own.

No improvement process works unless you first understand what needs improving and why. PEP® always begins with an analysis of just how efficient people are. Participants begin by filling in our proprietary Personal Work Profile which produces data driven insight into their inefficiencies. Quantitative assessment is integrated qualitative assessment: the discussions with the PEP® Coach that the participant has as they begin the program. This also gives a baseline which is used to measure the amount of time a participant has gained through efficiency after the program. This data is private and not disclosed to anyone but the PEP® Coach and the participant; management only sees an aggregation of the participant group’s progress, and uses that to assess the effectiveness of the program. And of course assess the return on investment.
